Recruiter - interview scheduling (St. Louis, MO)

Harborlight Orchard Freight Group is a St. Louis logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch, and we need a Recruiter to lead our interview scheduling. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to customer tracking. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on customer tracking. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
