Recruiter - interview scheduling (St. Louis, MO)

Harborlight Nest Housing manages affordable housing communities across St. Louis, and we need a Recruiter to lead our interview scheduling. We value patience and follow-through. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to lease compliance. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on lease compliance. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in St. Louis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
