Recruiter - interview scheduling (St. Louis, MO)

We are growing our team at Lumen Junction Markets and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be interview scheduling. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to shrink and waste. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on shrink and waste. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in St. Louis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
