Recruiter - interview scheduling (St. Louis, MO)

Amberfield Mill Care Services Group is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on interview scheduling for visit scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 49 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to visit scheduling. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on visit scheduling. • Local job-centre and school contacts.
