Recruiter - interview scheduling (St. Louis, MO)

Amberfield Pike Early Learning is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on interview scheduling for licensing records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 27 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to licensing records. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on licensing records. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
