Recruiter - interview scheduling (St. Louis, MO)

Greenridge Lakeside Hospitality is a hospitality company in St. Louis with restaurants, rooms and catering. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to housekeeping schedules. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on housekeeping schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
