Recruiter - interview scheduling (Spokane, WA)

Fernwood Wren Freight Group coordinates shipments and warehousing around Spokane, and we need a Recruiter to lead our interview scheduling. You would join a large organisation of about 907 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to proof of delivery. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on proof of delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Spokane. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
