Recruiter - interview scheduling (Spokane, WA)

Cedar Clear Health is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on interview scheduling for patient scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 11 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to patient scheduling. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on patient scheduling. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
