Recruiter - interview scheduling (Spokane, WA)

Lumen Pine Insurance is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on interview scheduling for catastrophe response, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 23 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to catastrophe response. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on catastrophe response. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
