Recruiter - interview scheduling (Spokane, WA)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Ridge Early Learning and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be interview scheduling. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to licensing records. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on licensing records. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Spokane. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
