Recruiter - interview scheduling (Spokane, WA)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Rook Markets and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be interview scheduling. Managers started on the floor. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to supplier deliveries. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
