Recruiter - interview scheduling (Spokane, WA)

Lumen Birch Freight coordinates shipments and warehousing around Spokane. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to proof of delivery. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on proof of delivery. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Spokane, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
