Recruiter - interview scheduling (Spokane, WA)

We are growing our team at Lumen Glen Facilities Group and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be interview scheduling. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to customer sites. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on customer sites. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Spokane, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
