Recruiter - interview scheduling (Spokane, WA)

Northwind Sparrow Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Spokane. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to licensing. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on licensing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Spokane, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
