Recruiter - interview scheduling (Spokane, WA)

Fernwood Ivory Health Group is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on interview scheduling for insurance authorisations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 45 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to insurance authorisations. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on insurance authorisations. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
