Recruiter - interview scheduling (Spokane, WA)

Silverline Cedar Hospitality Group is a hospitality company in Spokane with restaurants, rooms and catering. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. Guests remember kindness. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to reviews and feedback. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on reviews and feedback. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
