Recruiter - interview scheduling (Spokane, WA)

Fernwood Keystone Inspection Services is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on interview scheduling for client sites, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to client sites. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on client sites. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
