Recruiter - interview scheduling (Seattle, WA)

Northwind Granite Financial is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on interview scheduling for regulatory reports, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 40 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to regulatory reports. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on regulatory reports. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Seattle. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
