Recruiter - interview scheduling (Savannah, GA)

We are growing our team at Northwind Basin Care Services and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be interview scheduling. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to visit scheduling. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on visit scheduling. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Savannah. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
