Recruiter - interview scheduling (Savannah, GA)

Highbridge Vista Staffing places workers with employers around Savannah. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. Recruiters here keep in touch with people long after placement. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to client orders. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on client orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Savannah, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
