Recruiter - interview scheduling (Savannah, GA)

Rivermark Rook Markets is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on interview scheduling for supplier deliveries, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 590 people based in Savannah. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to supplier deliveries. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Savannah, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
