Recruiter - interview scheduling (Savannah, GA)

Silverline Union Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Savannah area. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. You would join a small organisation of about 28 people based in Savannah. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to supplier orders. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on supplier orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Savannah. • We reply to every applicant.
