Recruiter - interview scheduling (Savannah, GA)

Stonegate Umber Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Savannah. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to loan files. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on loan files. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Savannah. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
