Recruiter - interview scheduling (Savannah, GA)

Nova Glen Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Savannah, and we need a Recruiter to lead our interview scheduling. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to cleaning schedules. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on cleaning schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Savannah, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
