Recruiter - interview scheduling (Savannah, GA)

Amberfield Clear Legal Group is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on interview scheduling for client files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 12 people based in Savannah. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to client files. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on client files. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Savannah. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
