Recruiter - interview scheduling (Savannah, GA)

Summit Ashton Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Savannah area. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. Promotion from within is common. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to food costs. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on food costs. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Savannah. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
