Recruiter - interview scheduling (San Jose, CA)

Westbrook Cedar Banking Services Group is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on interview scheduling for loan files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 38 people based in San Jose. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to loan files. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on loan files. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in San Jose, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
