Recruiter - interview scheduling (San Jose, CA)

Lumen Ember Staffing is a San Jose staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles, and we need a Recruiter to lead our interview scheduling. You would join a large organisation of about 572 people based in San Jose. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to client orders. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on client orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in San Jose. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
