Recruiter - interview scheduling (San Jose, CA)

Foxglove Quarry Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around San Jose, and we need a Recruiter to lead our interview scheduling. Guests remember kindness. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to reviews and feedback. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on reviews and feedback. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in San Jose. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
