Recruiter - interview scheduling (San Jose, CA)

Summit Vista Insurance is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on interview scheduling for premium billing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to premium billing. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on premium billing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in San Jose, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
