Recruiter - interview scheduling (San Jose, CA)

Clearpath Technologies runs classrooms and tutoring across the San Jose area. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. You would join a small organisation of about 129 people based in San Jose. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to learning materials. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on learning materials. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in San Jose, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
