Recruiter - interview scheduling (San Jose, CA)

Nova Granite Markets serves neighbourhoods around San Jose with fresh food and everyday goods. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in San Jose. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to shrink and waste. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on shrink and waste. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in San Jose. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
