Recruiter - interview scheduling (San Jose, CA)

Greenridge Nest Markets Group is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on interview scheduling for promotions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 12 people based in San Jose. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to promotions. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on promotions. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in San Jose. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
