Recruiter - interview scheduling (San Diego, CA)

Northwind Mill Legal Group is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on interview scheduling for trust accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to trust accounts. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on trust accounts. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in San Diego. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
