Recruiter - interview scheduling (San Diego, CA)

Ironwood Stone Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across San Diego, and we need a Recruiter to lead our interview scheduling. You would join a large organisation of about 449 people based in San Diego. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to test reports. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on test reports. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in San Diego. • We reply to every applicant.
