Recruiter - interview scheduling (San Diego, CA)

Westbrook Pine Community Partners Group is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on interview scheduling for donor records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to donor records. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on donor records. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in San Diego. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
