Recruiter - interview scheduling (San Diego, CA)

Amberfield Sparrow Freight Group is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on interview scheduling for customer tracking, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to customer tracking. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on customer tracking. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in San Diego. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
