Recruiter - interview scheduling (San Diego, CA)

Silverline Pike Community Partners is a nonprofit in San Diego supporting families with food, housing and job help, and we need a Recruiter to lead our interview scheduling. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to food distribution. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on food distribution. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in San Diego. • We reply to every applicant.
