Recruiter - interview scheduling (San Diego, CA)

Bright Sable Housing is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on interview scheduling for maintenance stores, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to maintenance stores. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on maintenance stores. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in San Diego, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
