Recruiter - interview scheduling (San Diego, CA)

Bluepeak Quill Freight is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on interview scheduling for customer tracking, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Dispatch, drivers and warehouse staff talk to each other constantly. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to customer tracking. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on customer tracking. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in San Diego. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
