Recruiter - interview scheduling (San Diego, CA)

Cedar Oak Banking Services is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on interview scheduling for account openings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in San Diego. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to account openings. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on account openings. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in San Diego, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
