Recruiter - interview scheduling (San Diego, CA)

Stonegate Ember Community Partners runs community programmes across San Diego, and we need a Recruiter to lead our interview scheduling. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to food distribution. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on food distribution. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in San Diego. • We reply to every applicant.
