Recruiter - interview scheduling (San Antonio, TX)

Lumen Fern Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around San Antonio, and we need a Recruiter to lead our interview scheduling. You would join a small organisation of about 48 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to client records. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on client records. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
