Recruiter - interview scheduling (San Antonio, TX)

Stonegate Birch Freight is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on interview scheduling for dock schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Dispatch, drivers and warehouse staff talk to each other constantly. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to dock schedules. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on dock schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in San Antonio. • We reply to every applicant.
