Recruiter - interview scheduling (San Antonio, TX)

Ironwood Pine Community Partners Associates runs community programmes across San Antonio. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. You would join a small organisation of about 27 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to client intake. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on client intake. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in San Antonio. • We reply to every applicant.
