Recruiter - interview scheduling (San Antonio, TX)

We are growing our team at Silverline Cobalt Housing and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be interview scheduling. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to resident services. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on resident services. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in San Antonio, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
