Recruiter - interview scheduling (San Antonio, TX)

Greenridge Corner Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around San Antonio, and we need a Recruiter to lead our interview scheduling. You would join a small organisation of about 28 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to meal programmes. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on meal programmes. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in San Antonio. • We reply to every applicant.
