Recruiter - interview scheduling (Salt Lake City, UT)

Redstone Rook Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Salt Lake City. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. You would join a small organisation of about 33 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to licensing records. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on licensing records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We reply to every applicant.
