Recruiter - interview scheduling (Salt Lake City, UT)

Amberfield Glen Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around Salt Lake City. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. You would join a small organisation of about 155 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to housekeeping schedules. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on housekeeping schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We reply to every applicant.
