Recruiter - interview scheduling (Salt Lake City, UT)

Stonegate Willow Markets is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on interview scheduling for supplier deliveries, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 45 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to supplier deliveries. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Salt Lake City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
